Ideas for time with your loved one (not just Valentines day!)

Do you celebrate Valentines day? Or do you try to have romantic time with your partner when you can? Personally I am not a fan of the big events marketed to to encourage us to do something romantic. But I do like to have nights set aside for time together, dinners out, nights away. Always a challenge of course to find the time with our busy life with three boys. But its important to, for the survival of a relationship.

Here are some ideas of things you can do on Valentines or any other time that you manage to grab some time with your loved one. These ideas are all available at Buyagift where you can save money buying a voucher. All of the ideas are linked to Buyagift and if you did click through to buy there is a small affiliate commission that I would receive, in no way affecting what you pay. Thank you.

Dinner at the Angler

This is one of my favourite restaurants in London, really near to Moorgate and Liverpool Street. It is so perfect for a night out with your friends or a loved one. It is a fish based restaurant with the best quality food. You get all the amazing touches of an amuse bouche and pre-desserts as well as the courses you choose.

There is an amazing offer of a 6 course taster menu with a glass of champagne for two and this voucher costs £135. This is brilliant value, saving you money on the normal prices. Click here to see more detail about the offer. I highly recommend it.

An overnight stay at a fancy hotel

How about this beautiful place to head away for a cheeky night away from the family. Its called Coombe Abbey, and its in Warwickshire. A beautiful location where you can relax, have some romantic time and the voucher price includes a yummy full English breakfast as well. A night and breakfast for two will cost £159. Or check out this hotel for a romantic spa break including dinner, breakfast in Somerset.

Gin Afternoon Tea

I love afternoon tea and would so love to go on a date afternoon to do this. This offer jumped out at me as something really cool and exciting to try. Not only do you get a beautiful array of afternoon tea treats, just look at this picture of the treats you get to eat. I am craving sweet treats and am hovering over the buy button for this offer!!

Not only do you get the food, but you also get three gin cocktails each, plus hot drinks if you so chose as well. This is a gin afternoon tea at B Bakery in Covent Garden where you can sit and watch the world go by, Covent Garden is amazing for people watching. And the cost, just £95 for two people, bargain.

Theatre Tickets plus dinner for less than £100

Less than £100 for this..huh? What a great deal and you can get it from Buyagift! Get two tickets in the upper circle at show like Wicked, the Woman in Black or Motown (plus many other shows) plus a three course dinner at Zizzi, Ask or Prezzo plus a glass of wine all for £99. Such a great deal that would be perfect for a day out with a friend or your partner.

I can highly recommend Motown and Wicked as shows to see, both are brilliant, Motown is a great sign-a-long show.

I hope that my suggestions give you some ideas for a romantic day out with your partner for Valentines, or any day/night.
